Raithwaite Sandsend is a spectacular estate, with a unique hotel, restaurant and bar, and a spa. We also have really exciting expansion plans over the next few years, with extra cottages, lodges and apartments planned.
We have recently won a Hotel Catey award for The Most Sustainable Hotel of the Year 2021. We focus on sustainability throughout the hotel, with all the ingredients that we use having a story to tell.
Throughout the year we require helping hands to support our teams to provide a friendly and professional experience to our guests. We are looking to build a pool of people who can be called upon to do an extra shift from time to time. For us, this may be to cover holiday or sickness or to be that extra person to support the team. For you this could be to earn a little extra to save for your own holiday or even to develop new skills. You would also have access to our excellent Employee Benefits including 50% discount at the Hotel.
One day you could be opening the door to our guests providing a warm Yorkshire welcome, supporting our Concierge department. The next you may be serving our guests a warm Yorkshire Breakfast, supporting our Restaurant team.

- Minimum pay is increasing to £9.50 per hour (this includes all ages)
- Pay rises (up to £11 ph) are not subject to promotions but rather a result of doing better and excelling in the role
