From increased flexibility and muscle strength, to improved energy levels and mindfulness, the health benefits of yoga are endless. Join one of our uplifting indoor yoga sessions, expertly led by our in-house instructor, Heather. Classes are open to Raithwaite guests and locals, charged at £10 per hour and subject to availability on the day. Weekend beach yoga is also available, for those who’d love to try stretching with sea views.
2. Spoiling spa treatments
Let yourself drift away in our airy Spa (or in the comfort of your own room) with one of our bespoke spa treatments, using fragrant Temple Spa products. Our skilled therapist can tailor treatments according to your needs, so whether it’s your neck, back or shoulders that need attention, or you just want a refreshing facial, we’ve got you covered.
3. Hop on a bike
Cycle your way to Robin Hood’s Bay via picturesque Whitby, taking in the fabulous coastal views on the way, or join the Cinder Track at Whitby and zip all the way to Scarborough. You’ll feel energised and raring to go whichever route you take.
4. Garden to table
Tuck into a healthy vegetarian meal at our stylish Restaurant. Our talented chefs create the most delicious and nutritious dishes using just-picked ingredients sourced straight from our very own Kitchen Garden, or sourced from within a 30-mile radius, all in keeping with our sustainability ethos.
5. Discover our grounds
Leave your worries behind with a leisurely stroll around our beautiful gardens, or head a little further into woodlands. Lose yourself in the natural beauty of our trees, and keep an eye out for birdlife and deer while you’re at it.
