The Best of Yorkshire

Our new menu showcases the very best of the region

We’ve long championed our wonderful location between the sea and the moors, and are proud to be known for always making the most of our fantastic regional, seasonal and organic produce. That’s why we’ve relaunched our menu, to shine a light on all the brilliant local farmers, producers, growers and artisans we work with, who supply our talented Restaurant team with the freshest ingredients imaginable.

And as befits great local produce, our new menu reflects the most delicious Yorkshire dishes. We’ve got Anna’s Happy Trotters sausages, served with bubble and squeak, or locally-sourced marmalade-cured ham, eggs and chips. And there’s Whitby fish pie, bursting with just-caught fish from our coastline and a side of buttered greens, picked from our very own Kitchen Garden. Then there are indulgent dishes such as Holme Farm venison haunch, or herb-stuffed guinea fowl. And who can resist our classic Sunday roast, served with all the trimmings and, of course, lashings of gravy?

Those with a sweet tooth won’t be disappointed: sticky toffee pudding will see you right for the day, or our moreish Yorkshire curd tart is just the thing after tucking into our Feasting menu.

All that’s left for you is to take a gentle stroll around our gardens to walk it off – or, better yet, just sit back and relax while our charming staff look after you.
