The offer is only available on Sundays, between 12pm-4pm.
Subject to availability and apply to new bookings only. The 2 course Sunday Lunch is to be taken between 12:30 and 15:00. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable.
Welcome back to Raithwaite Sandsend! We can’t wait to have you back for the safest and most enjoyable stay possible, and wanted to share some information with you about the current COVID-19 situation.
We are continually monitoring local and Government advice, and are striving to go above and beyond to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
To that end, please note a few changes we’ve had to make
AROUND THE HOTEL
On arrival, we will ask guests to check in to NHS Test and Trace using the NHS COVID-19 app if possible
We are following the rule of six, which means we can only accept bookings for a maximum of six guests
If you are travelling from an area impacted by local lockdown restrictions, we can only accept bookings for those from within the same household or support bubble
We are required by law to ask guests to wear a face covering (unless exempt) on arrival. Please be sure to wear these in all public areas of the hotel. They can, of course, be removed once you are seated at your table.
THE BRASSERIE AND POACHERS’ BAR
Please note that we are only open to residents at the moment, and that all food and drinks are table service only
Reservations are available from 17.00, with last seating at 20.30
Tables must be booked in advance through Reception or our Reservations team
Last orders for drinks are 21.30
The Brasserie and Poachers’ Bar will close at 22.00.
THE SPA
Only the swimming pool is open at present, for up to six people at a time, and must be reserved in advance
Our other facilities, including the sauna, steam room and treatments, are currently closed and will reopen as soon as this is possible
ROOM SERVICE
Our room service menu is available daily until 22.30, with a selection of cold dishes offered at other times.
Finally, we hope you have a wonderful, relaxing stay at our unique coastal retreat, between the sea and the moors. If you have any questions regarding our COVID-19 protocols, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
