Christmas Eve
T’was the night before Christmas between the sea and the moors of Yorkshire. Your Christmas at Raithwaite begins, you’ll join us in the evening to a festive tipple on arrival with canapes flowing as you settle into your surroundings. Our natural-light soaked spa will be open for you to relax and unwind, no pre-Christmas dinner panic to be found here.
Make sure to pack your best Christmas sparkle, for our four-course festive dinner coupled with a welcome drink on your arrival and rounded off by a stunning performance by the Belle Choir after dinner. Warm by the fire, hot chocolate or mulled wine in hand, the festive season is set.
Christmas Day
The main event is upon us, but unlike any other Christmas morning, you’ll evade the stress and chaos, heading down at your leisure to a full Yorkshire breakfast and bucks fizz. Leave the clean-up to us this Christmas morning and take yourself off to our spa for some further relaxation or why not stroll through our glorious grounds ahead of lunch.
Now it’s time to join us, for our four-course Christmas lunch, specially created by our Head Chef, with all the traditional trimmings. You’ll be treated to welcome bubbles and a bottle of house wine to accompany your lunch. Wine, dine and enjoy the festivities nestled in the beauty of Yorkshire.
The King’s Speech will grace our conservatory at 3pm, alongside refreshments.
After you’ve had time to relax and enjoy, our locally sourced Chef’s buffet will be available for your evening dining, accompanied by our traditional Christmas quiz, because Christmas Day isn’t complete without some traditional friendly competition.
Boxing Day
The day of true rest, when all that is required is delicious nibbles and more comfortable attire. You’ll once again enjoy our Yorkshire breakfast, access to our spa throughout the day.
Boxing day wouldn’t be complete without a ‘picky bits’ lunch, we’re taking it much more seriously with a chef-selected Christmas platter lunch, complete with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Before you depart, we’ll ask your attendance at one last four course dinner together, complete with beautiful pianist performance to round out our Christmas spent together.

The Spa will be open from 7:00am until 8:00pm on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day and 8:00am until 5:00pm on Christmas Day. Treatments available Christmas Eve and Boxing Day Only.
